Granny Shopper series

Grid lines drawn in biro, pattern painted in oil paint and coated in several layers of varnish. The granny shoppers are a class and socio-economic signifier - used by students, migrants and people moving from place to place. The act of painstakingly recreating the pattern is a reflection on mundane wage labour.
